At 26 years old I’m in my 13th year in sports media. I’ve been focusing exclusively on combat sports, predominantly MMA, since 2015. Interviewees include UFC's Bruce Buffer, UFC Hall of Fame member Dan Severn, Olympic medalist wrestler J'den Cox and more. My efforts even got me a short-term advertising deal with my local Reebok outlet.
I have a BA in journalism and AAS in radio broadcasting. As mentioned on my Olympic Combat page, my work has appeared for the UFC-partnered International Mixed Martial Arts Federation (IMMAF.) IMMAF is a governing body with around 100 member nations and a goal of making MMA an Olympic sport. I've also been digitally published by London’s Fighters Only magazine. As a freelance writer, I've had clients in London, New York, Australia, and Israel.
I’m currently the head of media relations for the United States Fight League (USFL) at the youth development level. On March 1, 2019, I was announced as the inaugural head of PR & communications for the United States Federation of MMA (USFMMA.) USFMMA is also a part of the sport's Olympic movement and includes UFC’s Dominick Cruz, Angela Hill, and UFC veterans Joe Stevenson among others. I’m also a media team member with WAKO Team USA Kickboxing.
On the personal side, I am a huge punk rock fan and an IRONMAN VR competitor. I enjoy weightlifting, video games, hockey, comics, and reading biographies.
